Overview

Credits

• Credits may be used to open eligible boxes and join certain Group Prize Drop entries.
• Credits may come from top-ups, bonuses, or eligible prize sell back decisions.
• Paid Credits, Bonus Credits, and Sell Back Credits may have different uses or restrictions.
• Credits are platform credits. They are not a cash balance and do not guarantee conversion to money.

Boxes

• Each box has a displayed Credit price and a prize pool.
• Each prize in a box has a disclosed probability on the box detail page.
• Opening a box creates one prize result that appears in My Items.
• Eligible prizes may be sold back for Credits or submitted for shipping, depending on status and availability.

Prize Handling

• Opened prizes can be reviewed in My Items.
• Common states include Pending Decision, Sold Back, Shipping Requested, Shipped, and Delivered.
• Some prizes may require additional review before shipping or other handling steps.
• Prize decisions and status changes are based on the system record.

Sell Back

• Sell Back lets users exchange eligible prizes for platform Credits.
• Sell Back value may be lower than the Approximate Retail Value shown for the prize.
• A completed Sell Back is generally final and cannot be reversed.
• Sell Back Credits are platform credits and are not a payment-card refund.

Shipping

• Users must provide a valid shipping address for prize delivery.
• Some items may be unavailable or restricted in certain locations.
• Shipping requests are reviewed and processed by operations.
• Tracking information may be added after processing begins.
• Incorrect addresses may cause delays or failed delivery, and additional verification may be required.

Direct Purchase

• Some products may be available through Buy Now.
• Direct Purchase uses Stripe Checkout and creates an order record.
• Order status can be reviewed from the Orders page.
• Direct Purchase is separate from Box Open and Group Prize Drop participation.

Group Prize Drops

• Group Prize Drops are limited-time product reward events.
• Users may participate through Credits Entry, Paid Entry, or Share Bonus Entry when available.
• A winner is selected by draw from valid entries.
• Odds depend on the number of valid entries held and the total valid entries for the drop.
• ARV is disclosed on the activity page, and non-winners may receive configured XP or badges.

Odds and ARV

• Odds vary by box or drop and are shown where the user makes the decision to participate.
• ARV means Approximate Retail Value.
• ARV may differ from live market prices and may change over time.
• ARV is not a promise of money redemption.

Fair Play

• Do not use multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Do not submit false shares, fake visits, automated activity, or manipulated entries.
• Do not use payment fraud, refund abuse, scripts, or attempts to interfere with draw or inventory systems.
• Drova may review, cancel, or restrict activity that appears abusive or unsafe.
