Terms for using Drova accounts, Credits, boxes, drops, prizes, and purchases.

These terms are for MVP staging and product testing. Final legal review is required before public launch.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing, making a purchase, using Credits, opening boxes, or joining drops, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to use online services and make purchases in your jurisdiction.

Account

  • You must provide an accurate email address and keep your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Accounts may not be shared or used to bypass product limits.
  • Drova may suspend or restrict accounts with unusual, unsafe, or abusive activity.

Credits

  • Credits are platform credits used within Drova.
  • Credits are not money, do not earn interest, and may only be used where supported by the product.
  • Credits may include Paid Credits, Bonus Credits, and Sell Back Credits.
  • Drova may update Credit rules and will update the relevant rules pages when material changes are made.

Payments

  • Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Drova does not store complete card numbers.
  • Payment success depends on Stripe confirmation and signed webhook processing.
  • Payment state may take a short time to sync after checkout.
  • If you see a duplicate charge or missing update, contact support for review.

Products and Prizes

  • Product images, descriptions, and values are provided for display and decision-making.
  • ARV means Approximate Retail Value and may differ from current market pricing.
  • Inventory can change and some prize deliveries may depend on item availability and address eligibility.
  • If a prize becomes unavailable, Drova may offer a reasonable substitute or handling option.

Boxes and Drops

  • Box odds are disclosed on box detail pages.
  • Drop odds depend on valid entries recorded for the drop.
  • Draws and prize results are based on system records.
  • Users may not attempt to manipulate entries, prize results, draw records, or inventory handling.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Fraud, payment abuse, stolen payment methods, or false account information.
  • Bots, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to exploit bugs.
  • Multiple account abuse, self-referral abuse, fake shares, or manipulated entries.
  • Harassment, illegal use, or interference with platform operations.

Suspension and Termination

Drova may suspend, limit, or terminate access when activity appears unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change during MVP testing.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Drova is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
